“Salient Technical Features of the equipment / systems / services covered in IFB No.
40088242 [Bidding Document No. CS-7010-364(R1)-9] dated 27/08/2020 are
mentioned below. These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate
the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender
and the bidder shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical
features/specification of equipment/system/services covered in the Bidding
Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical
features/specification of equipment/systems/services, contained in the Bidding
Documents shall be final and binding”.
LOCATION & APPROACH
NTPC Limited intends to develop Integrated Township and Administrative Buildings
for Pakri Barwadih (PB), Chatti Bariatu (CB), Kerandari (KD) & Badam (BD) Coal
Mining Projects at Village Sikri Garikalan, Barkagaon. The project is located in
Hazaribagh district of Jharkhand. Nearby airport of Ranchi is at a distance of 87 KM.
Nearest Railway station is Hazaribagh Town, which is at a distance of 25 KM.
BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
The brief scope of work under this package shall include the following facilities:
Residential & Non-Residential buildings, all works including Civil, Electrification, Lifts,
Piping, Fire Fighting etc. & bulk services like Roads, Ext. Elect. Works, Drainage,
Water Supply, Sewage Network, STP etc.
