“Salient Technical Features of the systems /equipment/ services are mentioned

below. These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate the

prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the

tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical

features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services covered in the Bidding

Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical

features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services, contained in the Bidding

Document shall be final and binding.”

higher in multiples of 10 MW.

Within Gujarat

 Up to 500 MW of Grid connected Ground mounted Solar Photovoltaic

Power projects - EPC Package with Land and STU Connectivity

 Land identified for the solar project shall be transferred/leased in the

name of NTPC Ltd.

 Identifying and arranging Grid connectivity at STU substation of 66kV

and above

 Open Category SPV cells and modules.

 All EPC works required for Development of Solar PV Project along with

power evacuation system and telemetry up to interconnecting STU

substation.

(i) Operation & maintenance of complete Solar PV plant including

transmission system up to interconnecting STU substation (including

STU bays) for a period of Three (03) years from the date of

successful completion of trial run.
