Special Instructions:
1.
Vendor may apply for both Items (PPC & OPC Cement) or single item as per the
manufacturing facility available with them. Vendor may also opt to supply cement to
one or more of the four listed project.
2.
Vendor to submit valid BIS license / certificate for the type of cement for which they
want to be enlisted as standardised vendor.
3.
Vendor to confirm factory name, address for each type of cement from where they
want to supply PPC / OPC cement to respective project (out of four) & submit
documentary evidence for manufacturing capacity available at their respective
factory.
4.
Vendor to submit annual turnover for last three financial year (profit & loss account
part of the balance sheet, certification of financial statement from a practicing
charted accountant shall also be considered acceptable).
5.
Vendors who fulfill QR requirement shall be standardised for supply of PPC & OPC
Cement for next three years from the date of approval & enquiries will be issued to
standardised vendor only.
6.
Vendor may give list of government client, reputed firms to whom they are
supplying cement with copy of orders etc.
7.
After enlistment, if the enlisted vendor does not participate in three
successive tenders, then NTPC reserves the right to not issue tenders to that
vendor during the balance period of enlistment.
