“Salient Technical Features of the systems /equipment/ services are mentioned
below. These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate the
prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the
tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical
features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services covered in the Bidding
Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical
features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services, contained in the Bidding
Document shall be final and binding.”

Photovoltaic Power projects - EPC Package with Land and Connectivity
Land identified for the solar project shall be transferred in name of NTPC
Ltd.
Open Category SPV cells and modules.
SPV modules must be IEC certified from accredited certifying agencies
as detailed in technical specification.
SPV modules and cells may be sourced from single/multiple
manufacturers.
Module mounting arrangement with Fixed Tilt as per technical
specification.
Indoor/Outdoor Inverter (String/Central) with Maximum Power Point
Tracking technology along with associated cables, cabling, Inverter
Transformer & Switchgears.
SCADA system for control and monitoring.
Module Cleaning System
Main Control room cum pooling switchgear.
Boundary wall/Fencing of the plant as per specification
Electrical works and associated switchgear equipment as per technical
specification.
All associated electrical and civil works required for Power evacuation
system and telemetry up to STU/DISCOM substation consisting of EHV
Tie transformers at STU/DISCOM voltage level, Solar Plant EHV
switchyard, Transmission lines, construction of EHV bay, bus extension
(if applicable) at STU/DISCOM Substation end.
