NAME OF WORK: Construction of bituminous road, culvert, minor bridges and hume
pipe culverts in section A (Raikera to Kotrimal) in connection with strengthening and
widening of road for evacuation of coal from coal block to nearest state highway.
Scope of the work:
The scope of the Project shall mean and include:

.1Construction of the two lane bituminous Road, RCC box culvert, minor
bridge, hume pipe culverts and pond protection on the Site set forth in
alignment plan drawings and as specified together with provision of Project
Facilities as specified and in conformity with the Specifications and
Standards

.2Performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the Contractor in
accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental
thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of
the Contractor under this Agreement.
.3Maintenance of the constructed road during defect liability period in
accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with the
requirements set forth in specifications
Detailed scope of work and terms and conditions shall be as per the tender
documents.
