DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OF 3D MODEL & VIDEO ANIMATION OF POWER

PLANT TECHNOLOGY

Scope of work of this specification will include design & development of following 3

types of items -

1.3D video animation of full HD resolution including walkthrough for following

technologies (including multiple views of its all subsystems & equipment) by creating

3D models.

2a.Interactive Model which can be shown on 3D projector or 3D LED Screen & can be

operated ,controlled & shown from various angles. Basic interaction with these models

will be Pan, Tilt , Zoom , Rotate , Assembly & disassembly of equipment to its

components/constituent levels.

2b.Interactive Model based on Virtual Reality model which can be seen on HTC Vive

or equivalent device.

For following Four(4) Power plant technologies

a) Different type of Boilers in NTPC plants

b) Air Cooled Condenser (ACC)

c) Pipe Conveyor

d) Ash Handling system

Development of 3D animation will include Showing Static Model, Plant /equipment view

as well as its process dynamics e.g. Flame burning, Ash being deposited ,Flow of

Liquid etc. These processes could be shown in a cross section of the plant. Apart from

cross section animation showing processes, there would be a predefined walk through,

where the camera would move from one location to another in the entire plant.
