mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the
requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work
and technical features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services covered in the
Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical
features/ specification of equipment/ systems/ services, contained in the Bidding

Brief scope of work:
“Complete Operation” and “Mechanical Maintenance” of Ash Handling
plant and AWRS system for Stage-I & Stage-Il as per bidding document
Salient technical feature:
1. Complete Operation
2. Maintenance & Overhauling of Mechanical systems as following
o Operation & maintenance and Overhauling of fly ash evacuation system from ESP
Hoppers and APH hoppers including vacuum and pressure ash conveying along with
transport air compressors and driers and its associated system.
o Operation & maintenance and Overhauling of HCSD system including HCSD silo and
its associated system.
o Operation & maintenance and Overhauling of Fly ash silo and its associated system.
o Operations & maintenance and Overhauling of Instrument/transport air and its
drier and its associated system.
o Operations & maintenance and overhauling of bottom ash system its associated
system including bottom ash pipe line.
o Operations & maintenance and Overhauling of Bottom ash slurry pumping system &
ash water system associated and its associated system.
o Operations & maintenance and Overhauling of Bottom ash & HCSD discharge line
including ash dyke AWRS system and its associated system.
o Operations & maintenance and Overhauling of Over flow system, its associated
