40087791 are mentioned below. These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only
to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under
the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical
features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services covered in the Bidding
Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical
features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services, contained in the Bidding
Document shall be final and binding.”

The WTG Model and capacity as offered by the bidder for this project shall be
duly listed in Revised List of Models and Manufactures (RLMM) issued by
MNRE as on the Date of the techno-commercial bid submission
The bidder shall submit Micro-siting and Estimated Annual Energy Generation
duly vetted by NIWE
Internal Cabling/Transmission lines from WTGs to pooling substation.
Pooling substation and associated civil and electrical works required for
interfacing with grid.
Minimum 130 MW capacity Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant with open category
for PV cells & modules.
Module mounting arrangement with Fixed/Seasonal Tilt/Tracking or their
combinations thereof as per technical specification.
String/Central Inverter with minimum cumulative capacity of 130 MW with
Maximum Power Point Tracking technology along with associated cables,
cabling, Transformer & Switchgears including PEB’s(if any)
SCADA system for control and monitoring and transmission of data as per
specification.
Central monitoring and Control Station (CMCS) and associated civil works as
per specification.
Power Evacuation system consists of 02 nos. 125 MVA, 33/220 kV Tie-
Transformers and 02 nos. of 220 kV Bay (including SAS, protection system,
metering, etc.) at and integration with existing 220 KV Switchyard.
