to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope
of work and technical features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services covered in the Bidding Documents.
Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/ specification of equipment/ systems/
services, contained in the Bidding Documents shall be final and binding.”
A BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work involves deployment of poke lain, JCB and Hyava with drivers on 24x7 basis to meet the
requirement of coal unloading, stone boulder separation, coal boulder breaking and shifting of stone boulder at
defined location. Manpower shall be deployed for cleaning of residual coals in Wagons.
B SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES
Deployment of poke lain: Deployment on hourly basis for entire period of contract on 24x7 basis
Job specification.
01. Excessive coal heap above wagon, levelling. (If required excess coal may be, removed outside).
02. Unloading of coal from rail wagon, if required.
03. Clearing the wagon tippler hopper grill
04. Segregation of coal & stone boulder.
05. Breaking of coal boulder.
06. Loading of stone boulder on hyva for shifting to assigned location
07. Shifting of excess coal to hopper with hyva.
Deployment of JCB: Deployment on hourly basis for entire period of contract on 24x7 basis.
Job specification.
01. Removal of residual coal near rail track.
02. Cleaning of rail track.
03. Assisting in Wagon residual coal cleaning.
04. Shifting of coal to hopper
05. Standby for poke lain
Deployment of HYVA: Deployment on per day basis for entire period of contract
Job specification.
01. Shifting of stone boulder at defined location by EIC.
02. Shifting of coal as and when required.
03. Shifting of excess coal removed by heap clearing.
Deployment of Unskilled work force: Deployment of manpower in shift operation
Job specification.
1. Assisting for wagon top coal levelling.
2. Opening four door of each railway wagon.
3. Checking for no coal left in wagons
4. Cleaning of residual coal from each wagon.
5. Closing four door of each railway wagon properly.
6. Coal removal from track immediately after dispatch of rake
Deployment of Semiskilled manpower: Deployment of manpower in shift operation
Job specification.
1. Co-ordination and supervision of deployed machines and manpower for safe operation.
2. Co-ordination with CHP and MGR for early unloading of rake within cycle time of rake unloading.
3. Overall co-ordination for all specified work and instruction of EIC.
4. Overall Co-ordination of contract with EIC.
