Limestone Handling and Crushing Plant (LHP)
- ROM Limestone of (-) 250 mm size shall be received inside plant by Road for use in
Ramagundam, St-III FGD system.
-Bidder shall provide complete Limestone Handling and Crushing system starting from
unloading of ROM Limestone, conveying through series of Conveyors and Bucket Elevators,
crushing , Storing in the main Storage Silos and finally Conveyed up to Limestone Day Silos.
- Bidder shall provide complete unloading system for unloading of ROM Limestone using Truck
Tipplers and Bulk Material Receiving Unit/Box Feeder/Surface Feeder etc including all
mechanical, electrical and C&I, Civil & structural works, including its supporting foundations
etc
- Limestone shall be conveyed up to usage point through double stream of capacity 150TPH
each for conveying & crushing. Lime stone Belt conveyors/Bucket Elevators along with
associated system and accessories including all mechanical, electrical and C&I, Civil &
structural works shall be as per specification and standard is in the scope.
- One (1) number Lime stone crusher house (CH) shall be provided complete with all civil,
structural, architectural and electrical works etc. accommodating 02 nos. crushers and
associated vibrating screening feeders, passenger cum goods elevator, Belt Feeders, chute
work along with actuator operated flap gates, monorails & hoists, hoist maintenance platform,
external and internal staircases, hand rails and other equipment such as sampling unit, dust
extraction system etc. as per Technical Specification.
- Two number of covered storage silo to be provided for storage of crushed lime stone. The
capacity of each limestone storage silo shall be as per technical specification. Suitable number
of vibratory feeders below silos shall be provided taking feed from silo and discharging onto
onward conveyors.
- Suspended Magnet, ILMS, MD, Belt scales shall be provided as per Technical Specification.
- Service water, Potable Water and necessary drainage system and sump pumps etc shall be
in the scope of the Bidder.
Gypsum Handling plant (GHP)
- Gypsum shall be conveyed from the discharge of vacuum belt filter to the Gypsum storage
shed through double stream conveyors and transfer points/junction towers as applicable.
Gypsum Belt conveyors along with associated system and accessories including all
mechanical, electrical and C&I, Civil & structural works shall be as per specification and
standard is in the scope. Capacity of the Gypsum conveyors shall be 150 TPH.
- One number of covered storage shed shall be provided for gypsum storage. The minimum
storing capacity inside Shed shall be as per technical specification.
- Travelling Tripper shall be provided for discharging Gypsum inside Storage shed. Trippers
shall be complete with all mechanical, electrical equipment, rails, chute work, rail supporting
structure (along with structural stools, as required), cables with cable festooning arrangement,
thruster brakes, rail clamps, electric hoist, actuator flap gates etc.
