These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective

bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in

any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features/specification of

equipment/ systems/ services covered in the Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions

in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/ systems/

services, contained in the Bidding Document shall be final and binding.”

Project capacity

22 MW (To be awarded to single bidder in single block of

22 MW)

 Complete 22MW capacity Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant with open category

PV cells & modules.

 SPV modules of Crystalline Silicon/Thin film technology with IEC certified from

accredited certifying agencies as detailed in technical specification.

 SPV modules may be sourced from single/multiple manufacturers.

 Module mounting arrangement with Fixed/Seasonal Tilt/Tracking or their

combinations thereof. as per technical specification.

 String/Central Inverter with minimum cumulative capacity of 22MW with

Maximum Power Point Tracking technology alongwith associated cables,

cabling, Transformer & Switchgears including PEB’s(if any)

 SCADA system for control and monitoring

 Main Control room cum pooling switchgear

 All associated electrical and civil works (i.e. transformer(s), breakers, isolators,

panels, protection system, cables. metering, earthing etc.) at 33kV & 220 kV

level and evacuation of power to 33/220 kV Pooling Switchyard through 33 kV

cable.
