These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective
bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in
any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features/specification of
equipment/ systems/ services covered in the Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions
in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/ systems/
services, contained in the Bidding Document shall be final and binding.”

Project capacity
15 MW (To be awarded to single bidder)
Complete 15 MW capacity Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant based on Open
category PV modules and cells.
SPV modules of Crystalline Silicon technology with IEC certified from
accredited certifying agencies as detailed in technical specification.
SPV modules may be sourced from single/multiple manufacturers.
Module mounting arrangement with Fixed/Seasonal Tilt/Tracking or their
combinations thereof as per technical specification.
String/Central Inverter with minimum cumulative capacity of 15 MW with
Maximum Power Point Tracking technology along with associated cables,
cabling, Transformer & Switchgears.
SCADA system for control and monitoring
Main Control room cum Main Pooling switchgear
All associated electrical and civil works for one (01) nos. 33/220 kV, 50 MVA
Power Transformer with ±10% OLTC and interconnection with existing 220 kV
GIS switchyard spare Cable Feeder through 220 kV cable termination.
Replacement of existing one 11 kV single circuit Line of 6 km (approx.) by
Double circuit Overhead line (one circuit 33 kV and another circuit 11 kV).
Filling of Low Lying Land in the area identified near township by excavated sand
from identified area.
