Salient Technical Features of the equipment/ systems/ services covered in IFB No.

40087137 are mentioned below. These Salient Technical Features are mentioned

only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements

under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical

features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services covered in the Bidding

Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical

features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services, contained in the Bidding

Document shall be final and binding.”

The scope of work covers 33 kV transmission system alongwith 33/11 kV sub-station

for Manglutan & Chidiyatapu SPV project(s) in South Andaman which shall consist of

the following:

 33/19 kV UG XLPE cable

 AAAC equivalent to ACSR Panther/Dog conductor

 33/11 kV sub-station including 1.6 MVA Transformer

 33 &11 kV Outdoor equipment such as Isolators, Surge Arresters & Cable

terminations etc.

 Insulated covered conductor/NBLS Towers

The system parameters for 33kV & 11 kV system shall be as under:
