RE-CS-5727-004-9 are mentioned below. These Salient Technical Features are
mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the
requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work
and technical features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services covered in the
Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical
features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services, contained in the Bidding
Document shall be final and binding.”

System having Battery Storage of capacity 3.2 MW ,3.2 MWH
Determination of basic design criteria for 8 MW Solar PV Project alongwith 3.2
MW, 3.2 MWH Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
Complete 8 MW capacity Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant with open category (Non-
DCR) for PV cells & modules and Battery Storage capacity of Cumulative capacity
of 3.2 MW, 3.2 MWH as per specification.
Module mounting arrangement with Fixed/Seasonal Tilt/Tracking or their
combinations thereof as per technical specification.
SCADA system for control and monitoring of Solar Inverters and Bi-directional
Power Conditioning System and Battery/Energy Management System with
communication system for monitoring and controlling of battery and Power
Conditioning System parameters as part of Grid interactive system.
Civil, Structural and Architectural works for Main Common Control room, Power
Conditioning System, Main Pooling Switchgear.
Lightning and fire protection of complete Solar & BESS system as per statutory
requirement.
All associated electrical and civil works (i.e. transformer(s), breakers, isolators,
panels, protection system, cables. metering, earthing etc.) at 11/33kV level and
evacuation of power at 33 kV level with interconnection of BESS at 33 kV level.
