BALANCE WORKS OF SITE LEVELLING AND INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS PACKAGE
FOR
LARA SUPER THERMAL POWER PROJECT – STAGE-I (2X800 MW)
1.0 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
The brief scope of work for this package includes all the balance works of Site levelling
works, reservoir works, roads, building work of construction stores, construction office, watch
towers and diversion drain.
The Site leveling work include all the balance work of site levelling. The balance work of
Reservoir includes finishing of embankment work, excavation, bed preparation, HDPE lining,
tile work, inlet structure, spillway, WBM road with black topping etc. The balance work of
construction store . The balance work of roads . The balance work of Construction Offices
includes all balance works including internal electrification. The balance work of watch
towers includes all RCC structures , brickwork &plastering ,painting, roofing tiles, doors &
windows ,floor tiles, MS stairs , electrification works etc. The balance work of diversion drain
includes excavation, slope preparation with RR masonry lining etc.
Cement, structural steel & reinforcement steel required for incorporation into item rate works
shall be issued free of cost by the Owner.
