“Salient Technical Features of the equipment / systems / services covered in IFB No.
40080017 are mentioned below. These Salient Technical features are mentioned only to
facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the
tender and the bidder shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical
features/specification of equipment/system/services covered in the Bidding Documents.
Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of
equipment/systems /services, contained in the Bidding Documents no. CS-4540-364A-9
shall be final and binding”.
LOCATION & APPROACH
NTPC Limited intends to develop Permanent Township for Talcher TPP (STAGE-III) in
Talcher town in district Angul, Odisha. Nearest railway station is Talcher railway station
(approximately 10Km from Plant) and nearest Airport is Bhubaneswar Airport
(Approximately 150Km from Plant).
BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
The brief scope of work under this package shall include the following facilities
(Residential & Non-Residential buildings, Bulk Services etc.).
