1 SCOPE OF WORK

1.1 This specification provides for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Inland Transportation,

Transit Insurance, Local delivery, Installation, Cabling, Testing, Commissioning and

handing over, Documentation, Warranty

Maintenance of Personal Computer

Systems and related items

Training of Owner's Personnel. The bidder shall also

provide all other hardware

software items that may be required to fulfill the

requirements of the specifications/scope of supply at no extra cost to the Owner.

These shall be listed separately by the bidder in his bid

1.2 The H/W supplied shall require periodic preventive maintenance during the

warranty and / or AMC. The preventive maintenance schedule recommended by the

bidder shall be submitted by the bidder along with the bid for owner's review.

1.3 Scope of Work shall necessarily cover :

1.3.1 Under Supply Portion

1.3.1.1 Supply of Material (H/W & S/W) as indicated in BOQ

1.3.1.2 Installation of supplied Material (H/W & S/W)

1.3.1.3 Wherever Paper / E- licenses of software / suites is ordered the

bidder shall submit at least ONE SET of Media Kit at each

location OR shall provide with the Electronic Software Download

Rights from the OEM’s website.

1.3.1.4 All software / software licenses supplied under this contract

shall be perpetually licensed in favor of NTPC Limited
