These Salient Technical features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and the bidder shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/system/services covered in the Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/systems

NTPC Limited intends to develop Office cum Residential complex for ER-1 HQ at New Punaichak BSEB Colony Patna, Bihar. Nearest railway station is Patna railway station (approximately 6.5Km) and nearest Airport is Patna Airport (Approximately 3Km).
