The Training Simulator Package Solapur STPP (2X660 MW) is intended for the procurement of complete simulator systems consisting of
a)Four (4) nos. of 800 MW simulators, with different Turbine and Boiler combinations, in a single hardware (only single plant simulator is to be operated at a time).
b)Four (4) nos. of 660 MW simulators, with different Turbine and Boiler combinations, in a single hardware (only single plant simulator is to be operated at a time).
Simulator hardware comprises of the following:
a.Simulator computer system.
b.Server / workstation based
c.Instructor’s station.
d.Network and communication system.
e.Control desks, LVS panels and Computer /operator furniture.
Simulator software comprises the following:
a.Basic Operating systems.
b.Simulator environment including application development tool for process and Control & Instrumentation etc.
c.Simulation application programs required for all plant processes and equipment, covering process model, control system model & HMI emulation etc. based on final plant configuration and equipment.
d.Instructor station programs.
e.Network intrusion protection / security software (like firewall /
Uninterruptible Power supply system.
Maintenance services of complete simulator system under a comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for a period of five years after warranty period.
