Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/systems/services, contained in the Bidding Documents shall be final and binding."
Hydraulically operated HP-LP Bypass system for Steam Turbine Generator sets.The operating philosophy of newly supplied HP and LP bypass valves to match with existing philosophy.
Brief scope of work:
The existing HP bypass valves (main bypass valves, spray control valves) & LP bypass valves (main bypass valves, spray control valves) shall be replaced with new ones of same capacity along with actuators, throttling devices, fittings, desuperheaters, hydraulic power pack including hydraulic oil, quick acting devices (if required), blanking devices for steam blowing, supports, associated piping including warm up arrangements, spool pieces required if any, solenoid valves, accumulators, hydraulic oil pipes, fittings, instruments and control hardware, electrical devices and actuators/motors etc..
