Salient Technical Features of ‘1200 TPH Rail Mounted Reclaimer for CHP Package for Vallur Thermal Power Project (3X500 MW)

“Salient Technical Features of the equipment/systems/services covered in IFB No. 40055830 Features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/ systems/ services covered in the Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/ specification of equipment/ systems/ services, contained in the Bidding Documents shall be final and binding.”

The scope of 1200 TPH Rail Mounted Reclaimer for CHP Package for Vallur STPP (3 x 500 MW) shall cover system and includes Design Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning works of complete 1200 TPH Rail Mounted Reclaimer for CHP Package package for Vallur Thermal Power Project (3x500 MW) on the basis of single point responsibility in respect of all the Equipment & works, associated Control & Instrumentation System, Electrical system/equipments, Civil, Structural & Architectural works for various Equipments/ Systems etc.. Brief description of the subject package are as follows.

1.0 Reclaimer System

One (1) number 1200TPH capacity Rail mounted bucket wheel reclaimer to be installed on existing rail of conventional stacker & reclaimer towards head end of yard conveyor.

2.0 Brief scope of work

2.1 Mechanical:

One (1) number of 1200TPH capacity Rail mounted bucket wheel reclaimer machine, complete with all equipment along with boom conveyor, structural, electrical, cable reeling drums, all trailing cables, cable trays and accessories, boom resting and maintenance platform, boom tie arrangement, cable pit, anti-collision device for existing reclaimer and proposed reclaimer along with its integration, cable trench/cable supporting pedestals, along with all associated civil & structural works to operate in conjunction with respective yard conveyor, Air conditioning of operator's cabin & MCC room on proposed Reclaimer complete with all electrical, civil & structural works etc alongwith associated fire fighting system,

2.2 Electrical :

Complete electrical including controls for monitoring operation, cabling, power & control cables, switchgear, earthing, lightening etc. along with supporting structure and associated civil I structural works.

2.3 Civil & Structural :

Complete civil I structural works for reclaimer and associated works.
