Civil Works for "Conversion of Existing Workshop (2No's.) into Simulator Building & Modifications in SPITI Administrative Building" at SPITI, NTPC Solapur

“Salient Technical Features of the equipment/systems/services covered in NITNo. / Bid Invitation no.: 40053906 dated: 26.03.2016 is mentioned below. These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the Scope of work and technical features /specification of equipment / systems / services covered in the Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/systems/services, contained in the Bidding Documents shall be final and bidding”.

SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES

The work involves

A. 1. Conversion of existing work shop (2 No’s) in to simulator halls i.e dismantling of existing floors, doors, windows and replacing with new items cable trenching and False ceiling etc.

2. 2 No’s of Battery rooms are to be constructed between the existing workshops.

B. 1. Modification works civil at existing administrative building at SPITI solapur as per the detailed plan shown in tender drawings and tender specifications i.e false ceilings, flooring etc. with dismantling of existing floor in Admin building.

2. All work shall be performed in accordance with tender drawing, Technical specifications, schedule of items, other tender documents and dissection of EIC and shall be performed as per the CPWD specifications.

3. The agency has to arrange all the materials and manpower required for the work. Agency has to procure all required material strictly as per BOQ / specification.

4. Construction water will be in the scope of Agency

5. Electricity supply required for the construction purpose will be provided by NTPC as per GCC.
