Raw Water System Equipment Package

SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES INCLUDING SCOPE OF WORK


“Salient Technical Features of the equipment/systems/services covered in IFB no 40053354 is mentioned below. These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/systems/services covered in the Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/systems/services, contained in the Bidding Documents shall be final and binding.”



A.) Salient Technical Feature and Brief Scope of Work


  1. Three (3) numbers of Raw water pumps of capacity Capacity: 1100 Cu.M/hr; Head: 65 MWC – Pumps shall be Horizontal Centrifugal type with VFD drive motors.


  1. Pump Discharge and recirculation Butterfly Valves with electric actuators for all pumps.


  1. Butterfly valves in raw water and intake water pipes


  1. Gantry crane for Raw water pump house(open).


  1. All associated electrical works. Control and instrumentation works.


  1. Transient analysis studies for entire raw water system.


  1. Supply and laying of intake water pipes 1600mm NB, 14 mm thick, total length 1X1500 metres MS pipe with coating & wrapping and cathodic protection system


  1. Supply and laying of raw water pipes 500mm NB, 8mm thick, total length 2X 4000 m MS pipe with coating & wrapping.


  1. Cathodic protection system for Intake water pipe only.
