Subject: THE HIRING OF VEHICLE ON MONTHLY BASIS AT 14(Nos.) DIFFERENT DISTRICTS AT ODISHA UNDER DDUGJY SCHEME
01. The cost of fuel & lubricant will be reimbursed by NTPC as per prevailing market rate as certified by EIC, but agency will ensure that the vehicle give minimum average consumption of diesel/Lubricant as below.
a) Non AC Hard Top Closed Jeep(Diesel): 12 KM/Litre of Diesel & 1000/KM/Litre of Lubricants.
b) Gear oil, break oil etc. to be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost. Lubricating oil shall be arranged by the contractor. The cost of 1 ltr. of lubricant per 1000 KM of run & the cost of 1ltr of diesel per 12km of run will be paid by NTPC at the prevailing market rate.
c) Toll tax & the parking fees paid will be reimbursed by NTPC on production of documentary evidence & on certification of the EIC.
02. The Vehicle should be Diesel Engine Non AC Hard Top Closed Jeep.
03. The vehicle should be in excellent running condition with all required accessories/fittings of model not earlier than January-2015
04. (1) Ownership:-(a)Vehicle must be in the name of agency/person applying for tender document and bidding.
(b) The agency not having Vehicle at the time of Submission of Bid, shall have to Deploy Vehicle within 15 days from Award of Contract.
(c)For Travel agency,Legal Power of Attorney from Owner of the Vehicle, is to be submitted along with the bid..
05. The vehicles will ply in the vicinity of respective locations , as instructed by EIC ( total 14 districts as mentioned in NIT) . However the vehicle may be taken to any where inside & outside Odisha. The agency should make All India Taxi Permit as on when required basis, so that it can ply in any other state as per requirement of NTPC. The cost for all India taxi permit has to be borne by the agency.
