Conversion of existing Workshop (02 Numbers) into Simulator building at SPITI, Solapur


“Salient Technical Features of the equipment/systems/services covered in NITNo. / Bid Invitation no.: 40046878 dated: 15.10.2015 is mentioned below. These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the Scope of work and technical features /specification of equipment / systems / services covered in the Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/systems/services, contained in the Bidding Documents shall be final and bidding”.



SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES

THE WORKS INVOLVES CIVIL, INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATIONS WORKS, AIR CONDITIONING AND FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM.



  1. Two numbers Workshops are to be converted into Simulator halls i.e. dismantling of existing floors, doors, windows and replacing with new items, cable trenching false ceiling etc.


  1. 2Nos. Of Battery rooms are to be constructed between the existing Workshops.


  1. Work also includes electrical wiring, supply and fixing of electrical fittings, Air conditioning and fire detection system.
