I. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR TENDER No: CS/15129

1.0The bidder should have executed Civil Maintenance or Repair or construction works of Building & Structures within the preceding seven (07) years as on the date of Bid Opening , meeting any one of following criterion :

a. Single work Contract of Value not less than Rs. 64.57 Lakhs

OR

b. Two work Contracts of value not less than Rs. 40.36 Lakhs each

OR

c.Three work Contracts of value not less than Rs. 32.28 Lakhs each

2.Financial Criteria :

2.0The average annual turnover of the bidders , in the preceding three (3) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 80.72 Lakhs

2.1In case where the audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Charted Accountant shall also be acceptable.

3.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Owner reserves the right to access the capabilities and capacity of the bidder/his collaborators/associates/subsidiaries/group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.

Notes.

(i) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turn over.
