These Salient Technical features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features/ specification of equipment/systems/services covered in the Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/systems/services, contained in the Bidding Documents shall be final and binding.”

SCOPE OF WORK |
The brief scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacture, testing at works, delivery and storage at site, erection, testing and commissioning of following: a) Replacement of existing air-conditioning plant equipments like Chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, cooling tower, Expansion tank etc. of EOC Building, Noida along with associated piping, valves and civil works. b) Replacement of existing A/C plant installed at basement of R&D building with the new chiller, chilled water pump, condenser water pump, cooling tower, expansion tank, piping and valves etc. and associated civil works c) Civil works associated with extension of Air-conditioning plant for EOC and R&D building. d) PLC based control system along with power supply system & Instrumentation for both buildings e) Complete dismantling of existing equipments & buy back of dismantled materials. |

Brief Description for Replacement of Air Conditioning equipments in EOC building |
2.1 |
The various main equipment to be offered for Replacement of Air Conditioning equipments in EOC building are indicated below: i) 3x325 m3/hr capacity at 15 MWC Primary Chilled water pumps with drive motor and accessories. ii) 3x325 m3/hr capacity at 50 MWC secondary Chilled water pumps with drive motor and accessories. iii) VFD Drive for secondary chilled water pumps. iv) 3x450 m3/hr capacity at 35 MWC condenser water pump. v) 4x350 m3/hr capacity FRP Cooling towers. vi) 1 No M.S Expansion tank vii) Complete piping including common header of chilled water & condenser water inside A/C plant room and cooling tower area located at roof, insulation, valves, fittings and accessories. viii) Supply of complete mandatory spares. |

Brief Description for Replacement of Air Conditioning Plant for ground and First floor of R&D building |
3.1 |
The scope of supply includes the replacement of existing A/C plant installed at basement of R&D building with the air conditioning equipment mentioned below: i) 1 x 225 TR capacity screw/centrifugal compressor type chilling machine as given in Bill of quantities. ii) 1x180 m3/hr capacity at 45 MWC chilled water pump. iii) 1x225 m3/hr capacity at 35 MWC condenser water pump. iv) 1x225 m3/hr capacity FRP Cooling towers. v) 1 No M.S Expansion tank vi) Complete piping upto common header of chilled water & condenser water inside A/C plant and cooling tower area located at the roof, insulation, valves, fittings and accessories. vii) Supply of complete mandatory spares. |
