Sub:- Grass cutting contract for Stage-I pipe line corridor and slope of ash dyke of TSTPS,Kaniha.

SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Talcher Super Thermal Power Station is a Unit of NTPC, in Kaniha block under Talcher sub- division of Angul district of ODISHA.

Nearest Town : Talcher 26 KMs

Nearest Railway Station : Talcher 29 KMs

Nearest Airport : Bhubaneswar 180 KMs

INSTALLED CAPACITY

STAGE-I : 2 Units each 500 MW = Total 1000 MW

STAGE-II : 4 Units each 500 MW = Total 2000 MW

TECHNICAL FEATURES :

Grass cutting contract from Pipeline corridor and slope of dyke is to be carried out at St-I Ash dyke of TSTPS (2 X500 MW) and its periphery area.

The item involved is cutting and uprooting of Grass along the pipe line corridor/slope portion of dyke from outside plant area. The same shall be removed and dumped at desired locations.

The work is to be executed on firm price basis without any escalation.
