Subject: Rate Contract for providing A/c and Non-A/c vehicles on as and when required basis for ERHQ-II,Bhubaneswar office
Eastern Region Head Quarters –II office ( ERHQ-II) of NTPC Ltd, is presently operating at a Building i.e PLOT NO: N/17/2,ORISSA LIFT IRRIGATION BHAWAN(OLIC BUILDING) ,3RD , 4TH & 5TH FLOOR,UNIT-8, BHUBANESWAR-751012, ORISSA. ERHQ-II is the regional office for NTPC other stations/projects in eastern region i.e Talcher Super Thermal Power Station (TSTPS) , Talcher Thermal Power Station (TTPS), Gajmara Super Thermal Power Project ( GSTPP) , Bongaigaon thermal Power Project (BgTPP) , Darlipalli Super Thermal Power Project (DSTPP).
NTPC for its ERHQ-II Bhubaneswar office intends to enter into rate contract for hiring of vehicles for occasional requirement i.e. on as and when requirement basis. Details of vehicles proposed for hiring are as detailed below :-
1.1 On as and when requirements basic vehicles in good running condition and manufacture model should be of 2012 or later .The requirement of vehicles will be in the following categories.
a) Categories I –Non-AC Mahindra Bolero, TATA Sumo, Indica or equivalent
b) Categories-II-AC Maruti Swift Dzire, Hyundai Accent, Logan, ford new icon, esteem, Indigo or equivalent.
c) Categories-III-AC Maruti SX4, Ford Fiesta, Honda City, Toyota Corolla Altis, Innova or equivalent.
d) Categories - IV #AC-Honda Civic, Skoda or equivalent
1.2 All Vehicles proposed to be placed on hire shall have commercial permit & shall ply in the State of Orissa
1.3 EIC reserve the right to decide the equivalent of vehicle in respective categories
1.4 If an agency desires to deploy a higher version of vehicle against lower categories, he may do so at the rate of lower category.
