“Salient Technical Features of the “Laying of Sewer Line in East & West Colony at NTPC-Bongaigaon.” covered in NIT/ IFB no 40033612/ BgTPP/C&M/CS/2443 dated 10.03.2015 are mentioned below. These salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features/ specification of Laying of Sewer Line in East & West Colony at NTPC-Bongaigaon covered in the bidding documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/ specification of Laying of Sewer Line in East & West Colony at NTPC-Bongaigaon contained in the Bidding Documents shall be final and binding.”

SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES

Excavating trench, aligning and laying to required grade of Non Pressure NP -3 class RCC Hume pipe of various diameters (350 mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, & 150 mm) as per issued drawings at NTPC West & East Colony township area.

Providing of collars at joints of RCC Hume pipes, and encasement of the same as per BOQ and CPWD specification.

Providing of brick masonry manhole along the alignment of pipe line as per issued drawing and site requirement.
