“Salient Technical Features of the “Extension of B-Type Quarters for AEGCL at East Colony of NTPC-Bongaigaon” covered in NIT/IFB No 40033548 dated 10.03.2015 are mentioned below. These salient technical features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features/ specification of Extension of B-Type Quarters for AEGCL at East Colony of NTPC-Bongaigaon covered in the bidding documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical features/ specifications of Extension of B-Type Quarters for AEGCL at East Colony of NTPC-Bongaigaon contained in the bidding documents shall be final and binding”.

SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES

FOR CIVIL WORKS:

• Extension of 11 Nos. B-Type quarters (Six quarters in each having three storeys).
• Plinth area of each extension of B-Type quarter approximately - 15 sqm.
• The Extension of B-Type quarter includes following works:-

P.C.C., R.C.C. structure, Brick masonary wall with plaster, Precast Terranzo tiles and ceramic tiles flooring, Flush door shutter, Powder coated MS pressed door frames, galvanized steel colour coatd windows, internal OBD paint finish, silicon based external paint, roof treatment, water proofing, water supply & sanitation work including internal electrification work.
