REPLACEMENT OF AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM PACKAGE

FOR POWER MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE, NOIDA:

1.0BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF REPLACEMENT OF AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM

1.1For meeting air conditioning requirements of various class rooms, conference room, canteen, reception and auditorium of Power Management Institute, following air conditioning equipments are envisaged for replacing existing Air Conditioning equipments.

i)4 X 150 TR Capacity Screw chilling machine.

ii)Four (4) Nos. each of 110 m3/hr capacity primary Chilled water pumps.

iii)Four (4) Nos. each of 110 m3/hr capacity secondary Chilled water pumps.

iv)Four (4) Nos. each of 135 m3/hr capacity Condenser water pumps.

v)Four (4) Nos. each of 150 m3/hr capacity Cooling towers.

vi)14 Nos. of air handling unit (AHUs).

vii)VFD drives for motors of secondary chilled water pumps, cooling tower fans and AHUs.

viii)Interconnected piping, valves, fittings, insulation, instrumentation, cabling etc.

1.2Supply air fans/Exhaust air fans with drive motors shall be provided for A/C plant room, Battery room.

1.3Civil works associated with foundation of pumps, chillers, AHUs, Cooling tower, PLC control room etc.

1.4Modification/Replacement in existing AC MCC

1.5PLC based control system along with power supply system & Instrumentation.

1.6Complete dismantling & buy back of dismantled materials.
