The scope of work includes all types of civil works for upkeep of
The anticipated execution amounts of schedule items (Part: 10) area considered in Quantity column based on
Required quantity of cement, bricks, reinforcement steel, structural steel, structural steel (except item no.20.330) and CGI sheet will be issued from NTPC Store at free of cost. However, vendor has to make their own arrangements to transport the materials from Stockyard to the site at no extra cost.
All other materials are to be provided by the vendor.
NTPC manufactured fly ash bricks are to be used in place of F.P.S. bricks.
Electricity and construction water will be supplied by NTPC (if nearest source available).
All brought out materials must be supported IS specification and should be in accordance with CPWD specification.
The vendor shall also keep sufficient inventory including T&P for smooth running of works.
The vendor shall keep adequate safety equipment for safe execution of work at specified location / height.
Work shall be executed as per site condition, BOQ and as per decision of
Labor Laws must be complied in accordance with NTPC HR deptt.
Agency may visit the site and assess the nature of work before quoting price.
The DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD for this work shall be 12 (twelve) months from the date of completion of work.
Service period of the contract is 12(twelve) months.
