Sub: Job Contract for Catering and Housekeeping work of Gangotri Guest House, NTPC, TSTPS.

Introduction :

NTPC Kaniha (Talcher Super Thermal Power Station) is located in Kaniha block under Talcher subdivision of Angul District of Odisha.

Nearest Town – Talcher (30 Km)

Nearest Railway Station – Talcher (32 Km)

Nearest Airport – Bhubaneswar (180 Km)

Stage – I : 2 X 500 MW

Stage – II : 4 X 500 MW

Brief work description :

The Gangotri Guest House at TALCHER SUPER THERMAL POWER STATION consists of 2 suite rooms, 8 executive rooms and 01(one) dormitory room at the corner side with 4 beds. The guest house has 1 kitchen, 3 dining halls and common area within the boundary of guest house.

2. Provision of Caretaking of Guest House including reception (front desk), facilitating accommodation and allied services for comfortable stay of employees/guests of NTPC Limited and Catering are the main activities of this contract.

Maintenance /Operation: Maintenance and up-keep of common areas of Guest House apart from the rooms of Guest House as described at 1 above. Regular maintenance and cleaning of area under the scope of this contract by using proper tools, tackles & equipments and catering are the parts of this contract. Proper regular care for the safe maintenance of fittings, fixtures, T.V. equipments and furniture will be the sole responsibility of the agency. Any damage and or loss caused to the above either by the agency himself or by any of his employees shall be made good by the agency at his own cost immediately.
