SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Talcher Super Thermal Power Station is a Unit of NTPC, in Kaniha block under Talcher sub- division of Angul district of ODISHA.

Nearest Town                          :  Talcher 26 KMs

Nearest Railway Station         :  Talcher 29 KMs

Nearest Airport                       :  Bhubaneswar 180 KMs

STAGE-I        : 2 Units each 500 MW = Total 1000 MW

STAGE-II       : 4 Units each 500 MW = Total 2000 MW

TECHNICAL FEATURES :

1. This is the vision & mission of Govt. of india as a part of providing toilets in Govt. schools under Swachh Vidyalaya Abiyan

1. Work is required to be done at chhendipada & Kishore Nagar block (Odisha) or its near premises, Particularly in Govt. schools scattered in various locations.

1. Site conditions to be assessed by the agency before quoting the tender.

1. No owner issue materials for this work.

1. Work is to be performed with specification, all required materials, man power, tools & plant and consumables are to be arranged by agency for completing it successfully within scheduled period.

1. As this work is related to CSR activity, Agency has to tackle the IR related problems while executing the work in village area.

1. Construction period of work: 06 months (or) before 31.07.2015, whichever earlier.

Maintenance period  : 02 years from the date of completion.
