TECHNICAL FEATURES :
1.Site conditions to be assessed by the agency before quoting the tender.
2.Work is required to be done at Bijigol Village, near panchayat office (nearby TSTPS). However, this location may or may not be changed due to local conditions.
3.NTPC will issue only ASH BRICKS and transportation to site has to be done by agency only. But, remaining materials such as cement, Steel etc. are in the scope of agency. NTPC will not bear the responsibility of supplying cement & steel or any other materials.
4.Work is to be performed with specification, all required materials, man power, tools & plant and consumables are to be arranged by agency for completing it successfully within scheduled period.
5.As this work is related to CSR activity, Agency has to tackle the IR related problems while executing the work in village area.
6.Completion period of work : 06 months
