SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES

Sub: Construction of RCC and RRM pedestals for laying cast-basalt ash slurry pipe lines of St- II (4X500MW), Phase-III.

SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Talcher Super Thermal Power Station is a Unit of NTPC, in Kaniha block under Talcher sub- division of Angul district of ODISHA.

Nearest Town	: Talcher 26 KMs
Nearest Railway Station	: Talcher 29 KMs
Nearest Airport	: Bhubaneswar 180 KMs

INSTALLED CAPACITY

STAGE-I : 2 Units each 500 MW = Total 1000 MW

STAGE-II : 4 Units each 500 MW = Total 2000 MW

TECHNICAL FEATURES :

The above mentioned contract is to be carried out at the location from Stage # I ‘Y’ point to VIP visit point near restoration site. Stage #I or any other area along St #II pipeline corridor.

The major items involved are Earthwork excavation for foundation of pedestals, RRM work for Pedestals and RCC work for Pedestals.

The work is to be executed on firm price basis without any escalation.
