Area of Work

Gasket Replacement for Generator Transformers (BHEL make 200MVA, 21/400KV) at Talcher -Kaniha Plant.

Brief Scope of Work

• The Work includes draining of generator transformer oil, replacement of gaskets/O-rings/Teflon washers etc. except bell tank gasket, transformer dry out, oil processing & refilling of oil as detailed in scope of work.
• The job also includes internal inspection of transformer, tap changer cleaning & gasket replacement works as mentioned in BOQ items of the contract proposal.
• The supplies of Gaskets/O-rings/Teflon washers etc are also included in the scope as detailed in the proposal.
• The work is to be carried out during Unit overhauling/ shutdown opportunities within stipulated timeframe on continuous basis as detailed in scope of work.
