TECHNICAL FEATURES :
ÿMisc. civil works like repairing, attending of civil complaints, etc. wherever required in main plant area.
ÿAll types of civil jobs may be executed in this contract.
ÿCement, bricks, reinforced steel bars, structural steel, CGI sheets and GI pipes are to be issued from NTPC Store at free of cost. However, vendor has to transport the materials from NTPC store to work site at his own cost.
ÿNTPC manufactured ash bricks will be used in place of F.P.S. bricks.
ÿElectricity and construction water will be provided by NTPC wherever possible, otherwise vendor will arrange the same.
ÿAll bought out materials supplied by vendor must bear IS specification and should be in accordance with CPWD specification.
ÿThe vendor shall also keep sufficient inventory including T&P for smooth running of day-
ÿThe vendor shall keep adequate safety equipment for safe execution of work at different locations.
ÿThe work will be executed as per instruction of EIC.
ÿService period of the contract is 12 months.
