01 EMD envelope containing EMD documents.  EMD value shall be  Rs.1,12,000.00 .

02 Q.R. envelope containing Q.R. related document and deviation if any, written clearly on deviation statement sheet given with tender documents. Deviations mentioned elsewhere shall not be considered.

03 Price bid envelope containing Terms & Conditions, Scope of work & Schedule of Quantity

   Duration of Contract: 12 [TWELVE] MONTHS .

Please super scribe content, Tender Enquiry number, name of work and BOD on each envelope. All three(3) envelopes may be kept in a fourth envelope with superscription of Tender Enquiry, name of work, BOD and number and details of envelopes kept inside. Your complete bid as above is to be submitted latest by 2:30 p.m. on 12.07.2014.. EMD, QR envelopes and deviation will be opened on the same day at 3:00 p.m. as follows :

EMD envelope will be opened first.

STANDING EMD shall not be considered for OPEN TENDER (OT) cases.

Q.R. envelope containing Q.R. related documents and deviation envelope of only those bidders whose EMD is found prima facie in order shall then be opened. The date of opening of PRICE BID shall be informed to qualified bidders subsequently.

We confirm that the following are our Commercial Deviation along with their cost of withdrawal, with respect to your bid documents Except for the following deviations there are no other Commercial Deviations for this work.
