Area of Work

Maintenance of conveyor system in CHP stage-I & II.

Brief Scope of Work

01.  The Work includes Take up lifting for belt overlap joint & belt piece addition, belt replacement, belt pulling & laying & take-up rectification.

02.  The related spares shall be provided by NTPC free of cost. Crane, Hydra, Truck, Winch, Dozer, Forklift, Pay loader,3 phase Welding M/C, Special tools shall be arranged by NTPC free of cost.

03.  The job also includes belt training,Idler frame repair,Idler/Idler frame replacement,belt sway,Winch M/C/Elect.Hoist related jobs,Idler pulley replacement,Take up rectification,Joint positioning,belt tension adjustment,Preventive maintenance of conveyors & any conveyor related jobs coordination with belt joint and other maintenance groups.
