AREAS OF JOB IN THE CONTRACT

Boiler and auxiliaries, Turbine and all auxiliaries of Turbine including the CW Pump House, Air Compressors House, Cooling Towers etc. Also the work may be carried out in FOPH and any of the seat and Oil lines from FOPH to boiler etc. Also, the work may be carried out in any location in the plant premises as per the direction of EIC. The work may be carried out from “0” Mtr to “92” Mtr elevation.

JOBS IN BRIEF:-

Mostly platforms, staircase, and other similar structural work of both light and heavy natures will be involved.

In general the contract consists of issue of steel from central store, fabrication of steel in the designated yard and erecting the same in location. The job involves gas cutting, finishing and welding. Safety is a major concern in this job and involves working at height and following all the stipulated guidelines for the same.
