Salient
technical features of the equipment / systems / services covered in the IFB no.
CS-8001-722E-9(R) dated 22.02.2014 is mentioned below. These Salient Technical
Features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidder to prima-facie
understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or
alter the scope of work and technical features/specification of
equipment/system/services covered in the bidding documents. Detailed provisions
in regard of scope of work and technical features/specification of
equipment/system/services covered in the bidding documents shall be final and
binding.

Salient Technical Features & BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
Contractor shall provide supervision services
for the execution of drilling and testing operation in connection with
Company’s onshore exploration drilling program in Cambay Basin Block
CB-ONN-2009/5 located in Districts Ahmedabad
and Mehsana, Gujarat, India.
The Services will be required in three
phases:
(i)
Pre- Drilling Activities:
· Associate
for inspection of rig & equipments, materials and services at site.
· Preparation
of various reporting formats.
· Coordinate/
monitor various drilling related services in consultation with NTPC for
synchronised mobilisation at site.
· Supervise
& assist in civil works for well site preparation and approach roads.
(ii)
Drilling Operations:
· Real-time
Monitoring, coordinating and supervising all drilling & testing operations
along with third party service providers
· Carry out
round the clock analysis of the Well Performance
· Assessment
of the logistic requirement of the operation and coordinate for all logistic requirements
· Supervision
& monitoring of HSE activities
(iii)
Post Drilling/Closeout:
· The
Closeout Phase shall comprise the detailed documentation of operations
conducted and the final status of the drilled wells.
