Stage-I Boiler:- 2 X 500 MW ,Once Through Tower Type, Single pass boiler,

Maximum Height of Boiler:- 92 Mtr. Make:- Stein Industries, France,

Burners are installed in four corners of boiler from 23m EL to 35 M. Elevation. Each Burner block consists of 10 coal burners, 05 Oil burners & 21 SADC dampers & 02 nos of over fire dampers.

Stage-II Boiler: - 4 X 500 MW, Circulation type two pass boiler with Drum.

Maximum Height of Boiler: - 85 Mtr. Make:- BHEL,

Burners are installed in four corners of boiler from 23m EL to 35 M. Elevation. Each Burner block consists of 10 coal burners ,05 Oil burners & 21 SADC dampers & 02 nos of Over fire dampers.

JOBS IN BRIEF

This contract is for dismantling the coal Nozzles in all four corners of the Boilers of 3 units and replacing with new or reconditioned nozzles. Job also involves the repair /reconditioning of the old nozzles and other jobs detailed in the scope of work.
