Technical Features of the equipment / systems / services covered in IFB No. CS-9572-318A(R)-2 dated 31.01.2014 are mentioned below.
These Salient Technical Features are mentioned only to facilitate the
prospective bidders to prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender
and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical
features / specification of equipment / systems / services covered in the
Bidding Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical
features / specification of equipment / system / services, contained in the
Bidding Documents shall be final and binding”.
Salient Features:-
A.
Inside Plant Boundary
Civil, Structural and
Architectural works including fabrication and erection of Structural Steel/
Pipes of the following major structures/ facilities:
1) CW pump house including
maintenance bay, forebay etc.,
2) Raw water pump house at
in-plant reservoir including maintenance bay and forebay
etc.,
3) Stop log & trash racks
including 1st & 2nd stage embedments,
lifting beam for CW pump house, Raw water pump house and Gantry crane for CW
Pump House,
4) Switchgear building,
control room building including battery room and transformer foundation etc.
for Raw water pump house,
5) CW duct fabrication,
transportation, erection, laying, concreting, testing, crossings with road etc,
6) CW channel, transition
zones, channel crossings with roads etc.
B.
Outside Plant Boundary
Civil, Structural and
Architectural works including fabrication and erection of Structural Steel/
Pipes of the following major structures/ facilities:
1) Intake water pump house
including maintenance bay, forebay and intake channel
2) De-silting Basin including
energy dissipation tank, weir, inlet and outlet transitions
3) Make-up water pump house
including maintenance bay
4) Silt flushing pump house
including maintenance bay and silt flushing pipes
5) Stop log & trash racks
including 1st & 2nd stage embedments, lifting
beam with hoists for Intake water pump house, De-silting basin and Make-up
water pump house.
6) Facilities like switchgear
room building, control room building including battery room, transformer
foundation, pipe pedestals, culverts, boundary wall, internal roads, drains
etc. on bank of river Narmada.
7) Area filling, providing drains
and slope protection works with wire crates/ stone rip rap/ RR masonry etc.
8) Bridge over Shakkar River for MuW-pipes.
9) Connecting road of about
700m from existing State highway to Make-up water facility area.
