“Salient
Technical Features of the equipment/systems/services covered in NIT no. CS-0370-301(R)-9
dated 18.01.2014 are mentioned below. These Salient Technical Features are
mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to prima-facie understand
the requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the
scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/ systems/
services covered in the Bidding
Documents. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and technical
features/ specification of equipment/ systems/ services, contained in the
Bidding Documents shall be final and binding.”
This
includes Site Levelling with borrow material & material excavated from raw
water reservoir along with Site clearance.
This
includes construction of bituminous roads in priority areas in plant including
diversion of existing village roads.
This
includes construction of road side RCC Catch drains of priority areas and RCC
Trunk drain for collecting storm water from catch drains. It also includes
connection of trunk drains to ultimate discharge point, outside plant boundary.
Sewerage
Works of the entire plant. This includes collection of sewage from various
buildings with manholes. The collected sewage is ultimately pumped to sewage
treatment plant in township area through pump stations.
This
includes construction of plant boundary wall in RCC Columns/ Beams with brick
masonry all along the plant boundary. Watch Towers are also to be constructed
all along the boundary wall.
This
includes construction of raw water reservoir with HDPE lining inside plant area.
This
includes construction of construction offices (Porta Cabins) including all
civil and electrical works.
This
includes construction of covered stores in RCC/ Brick work/ roof sheeting with
truss type arrangement.
