ANNEXURE- II

Enlistment will be done for different categories / works (package value) under following 3 categories

 

i)              CATEGORY A: Rs. 30-50 LAKHS.

ii)            CATEGORY B: Rs. 10-30 LAKHS.

iii)           CATEGORY C : UPTO Rs 10 LAKHS

 

Note:

a) Group code &category for respective packages given in tabular form in Annexure II.

 

b) Vendors applying for enlistment for packages in a category, if they so desire will also enlisted for the same packages under lower value category without requiring to resubmit documents if they meet QR for higher category.

 

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

 

1.  CATEGORY A: RS 30-50 LAKHS

 

 a) The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years i.e, 2010-2011, 2011-2012 & 2012-2013 should not be less than Rs. 50 LAKHS.

 

 b) Bidder should have successfully executed the orders for similar works during the last seven years ending last day of month of previous to the one which applications are invited, either of the following :-

i)        One  orders valuing not less than Rs.40.0 Lakhs ;

OR

ii)       Two orders valuing not less than Rs.25.0 lakhs each;

OR

iii)      Three orders valuing not less than Rs.20.0 Lakhs each

2.  CATEGORY B: RS 10-30 LAKHS.

 

a) The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years i.e, 2010-2011, 20011-2012 & 2012-2013 should not be less than RS 30 LAKHS.

 

 b) Bidder should have successfully executed the orders for similar works during the last seven years ending last day of month of previous to the one which applications are invited, either of the following :-

i)        One  orders valuing not less than Rs.24.0 Lakhs ;

OR

ii)       Two orders valuing not less than Rs.15.0 lakhs each;

OR

iii)      Three orders valuing not less than Rs.12.0 Lakhs each

 

3.  CATEGORY C: UPTO Rs 10 LAKHS

 

a) The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years i.e, 2010-2011, 20011-2012 & 2012-2013 should not be less than RS 10 LAKHS.

 

 b) Bidder should have successfully executed the orders for similar works during the last seven years ending last day of month of previous to the one which applications are invited, either of the following :-

i)        One  orders valuing not less than Rs.8.0 Lakhs ;

OR

ii)       Two orders valuing not less than Rs.5.0 lakhs each;

OR

iii)      Three orders valuing not less than Rs.4.0 Lakhs each
