1.0 NTPC Ltd. invites online bids from eligible bidders on Single Stage Two Envelope (i.e.
Envelope-I: Technical Bid and Envelope-II: Financial Bid) with Reverse Auction for
Selection of Solar Power Developer for Setting up 190 MW Grid-connected Solar PV
Power Project at Nokh Solar Park in Rajasthan being developed through Rajasthan Solar
Park Development Company Ltd [i.e. Solar Power Park Developer (SPPD)] on the
identified land arranged by the SPPD at Village –Nokh, Tehsil-Pokran in Jaisalmer District
of Rajasthan.
2.0 Detailed Terms & Conditions are given in the Request for Selection (RfS) documents No.
RE-CS-0000-BOO-7, which are available for examination and Downloading at e-Tender
Portal (as specified in this IFB) as per the following schedule:
3.0 All bids must be accompanied by Declaration of Bid Security as per format as stipulated in
the RfS Documents.

4.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
Qualifying Requirements shall be as specified in the RfS documents.
5.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation for Bids
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder
shall have any claim arising out of such action.
6.0 Interested parties are required to get registered with M/s ISN Electronic Tender Services
website https://www.bharat-electronictender.com (if not registered already). After
registration, a complete set of RfS Documents may be downloaded by any interested
Bidder from Portal https://www.bharat-electronictender.com with Tender Search Code:
NTPC-2021-TN000002 free of cost. Interested parties are required to ensure that they
have downloaded the official copy of RfS documents against Tender Search code: NTPC-
2021-TN000002 from abovementioned website without which they will not be able to
submit their bids. For technical assistance call ETS Helpdesk at +91 124-4229071, +91

Note: No hard copy of RfS Documents shall be issued.
7.0 Issuance of RfS Documents to any Bidder shall not construe that such Bidder is
considered to be qualified. Bids shall be submitted online. Bidder shall furnish Earnest
Money Deposited, Integrity Pact, Pass Phrase and Board Resolution separately offline as
detailed in RfS Documents before the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at
the address given below.
8.0 Transfer of RfS Documents purchased by one intending Bidder to another is not
permissible.
