5.0 Brief Scope of Work:
DISTURBANCE RECORDERS FOR NTPC TSTPS KANIHA
6.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
7.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any
claim arising out of such action.
8.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The Bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfil
the Qualifying Requirements as stipulated here under:
8.1 TECHNICAL CRITERIA
8.1.1): - (a) The Bidder should be a manufacturer of offered Disturbance Recorder.
OR
The bidder must be an authorized dealer /distributor/channel partner of the manufacturer (as
defined above) and such bidder should be duly authorized by the manufacturer for this bid.
(b) The bidder must have support network in India. The bidder should submit a self-certificate in
this regard
8.1.2): - The bidder and/or their manufacturer should have executed/completed similar orders during the
last seven (7) years, as on last date of the month preceding the month of publication of NIT,
having minimum order values as indicated below:
a) One order of value not less than INR 54.30 Lakh,
OR
b) two orders, each of value not less than INR.33.94Lakh,
OR
c) three orders, each of value not less than INR.27.15 Lakhs
Similar order Means: Supply & Commissioning of Disturbance Recorders.
Note:
i. Bidders shall submit certificate of Incorporation /Manufacturing License or any other documentary
evidence to establish that they are manufacturer of the indented item.
ii. For this tender, either the Authorized agent or Manufacturer itself can bid but both cannot
bid simultaneously. If an authorized agent submits bid on behalf of the Manufacturer, the
same authorized agent shall not submit bid on behalf of another Manufacturer.
