NOTES:
I. The phrase Similar Order means:
The bidder should have supplied and commissioned 220V DC Lead Acid Battery
bank successfully as on the first scheduled date of techno commercial bid opening.
II. Completed work means: The executed /completed portion of BOQ, even if the work
has not been competed in totality (subject to furnishing proof of executed value of
the work in the form copies of RA Bills, Relevant PO copy and client’s completion
certificate/RA bill/Final Deviation Statement).
III. Values as per clause 2.1 shall be considered inclusive of taxes & duties.
IV. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
V. In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the first scheduled date
of Techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by
a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, bidder is
not able to submit the certificate from a practicing Chartered Accountant certifying
its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years
preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial
parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the
CEO/CFO/Proprietor/Partners as per the format enclosed in the bidding document
stating the financial result of the company are under audit as on the date of techno
commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing Chartered
Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.
NIT Conditions
1. NIT abridge is also available on NTPC website www.ntpctender.com/
www.nspcl.co.in, prospective bidders can down load the bid document from
SRM portal website: http//srmportal.nspclsrijan.co.in:50200/irj/portal.
2. NSPCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the
Invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no
bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
3. Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is
considered qualified.
4. Agencies are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the nature of
work and the site conditions.
5. Small-scale industries registered with NSIC/MSME shall be exempted for
payment of EMD & Tender Fee.
(Subject to submission of copy of registration giving details, such as validity,
monetary limit, etc.)
6. NSPCL shall allow purchase preference, as indicated in the bidding documents, to
bids from local suppliers as defined in the bidding documents. The bidders may
apprise themselves of the relevant provisions of bidding documents in this
regard before submission of their bids.
7. Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to
undertake a physical assessment of the capacity and capabilities including
financial capacity and capability of the Bidder / his Collaborator(s) /Associate(s)
